The cocktail menu will feature bespoke drinks, exclusive to The Ivy Victoria such as the St. James Sparkle made with Beefeater Gin, Ginger Liqueur, Crème de Pêche, lemon & Angostura bitters, the Hazelnut Alexander made with VSOP Cognac, Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur and cream, finished with grated nutmeg, and the Palace Passion, made with fresh passion fruit shaken with Absolut Vanilla Vodka, and finished with flaming, over proof rum in a passion fruit shell.
